Welcome to Heart and Mind Therapeutic Services. I bring over 10 years of rich experience to my practice, including serving as a U.S. Army Captain and a 73A Clinical Social Worker. My diverse background spans working as a psychotherapist for the Department of Defense and serving as a therapist/coach for athletes at the leading Division I athletic program in the state of Michigan.

In our sessions, we will employ proven strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) tailored to address a spectrum of issues from stress and anxiety to trauma and relationship challenges.
